The guarantee
If The One Phone Call Plan isn't what you hoped, reply to your receipt email within 30 days of getting access and we refund the full price. No form, no phone call, no convincing required.
When the 30 days start
The clock starts when you get access to the plan, not when you pay. Founding buyers who purchase before release wait for the release email; their 30 days begin the day that access email arrives. You are never in a position where the guarantee expired before you could use the product.
How to ask
Reply to your receipt or access email, or use the contact form with the topic "An order or refund." Include the email address you bought with. That's all we need.
How it's paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method, issued within a few business days of your request. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
The free check
The First 24 Hours Readiness Check is free, so there is nothing to refund; it stays yours either way, and deleting your saved record is self-service any time.
